The Market Research Analyst will be responsible with market research and analytics studies that support the Office of Advancement. This will include a multitude of quantitative primary research projects especially related to the Buckeye Room, our online community of alumni and other strategic Advancement research initiatives to enhance our business partners’ decisions. They will lead primary research projects through all phases: questionnaire design, sample design, contact list cleaning, data collection, data analysis, reporting research findings, and consultation.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Market Research and Insights and working closely with the Chief Analytics Officer, this position is expected to be a problem-solver who can aggregate, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data from multiple disparate sources in a simple and succinct way. They will be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities to successful completion against established deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-collaborative environment. The Analyst will be proficient in and utilize the Microsoft Office suite and exhibit excellent written and presentations skills with the ability to effectively communicate research results to others
